Q1. When I make a booking how do I know it is confirmed?

       A. You will receive an e-mail confirmation from the business you have made the booking with. If you have made the booking using your mobile device you will receive a SMS text message.

Q 2. How do I know that the room/restaurant/treatment or other activity is available?

       A. If the booking is available the system will show you. If the booking is taken or the activity is fully booked, then the legend “No bookings available” will appear on screen

Q 3 Will I have to register every time I use the service or does one registration cover all booking activities?

       A. You will only need to register once. Once registered, you will be able to book with any business using this system.

Q 4. Do I always have to pay up front either in full or by deposit?

       A. That depends on the business. Some wish to take deposits or full payment. Others will let you confirm your booking without payment. You will fins all of the details on the  businesses website.

Q 5. What If I want to cancel – will I be penalised if I have made a payment in advance?

       A. Generally, you will not be penalised with the business if you have given decent notice in advance that you wish to cancel. Please always refer to the cancellation policy of the businesses website which always tells you their procedures and rules. The cancellation policy on the businesses website always takes precedence.
